Overview
A limited-edition collaboration between XPEL and Stubble & Co, built around the Everyday Backpack.
Challenge
Balance Stubble & Co’s understated design with XPEL’s visual identity in a bag suited to both everyday use and work.
Solution
I customized the concrete-grey exterior with reflective branding, a yellow lining and zipper pulls, and a hidden “Let’s Get It” message. The project combined design development, material selection, vendor coordination, and launch planning.
Outcome
The limited release sold out, extending the brand into an everyday lifestyle product.
Toolset
Collaborative design process, color and material selection, brand integration, custom typography and messaging, vendor management, limited-edition product launch strategy for release to dealers at company conference for maximum retail impact.
