Personal: Wedding Ring

Overview

A personal wedding-ring design: an 18-karat, wide reeded cigar band inspired by 1960s jewelry.

Challenge

Translate a very specific visual reference into a wearable piece when I couldn’t find an existing ring that fit.

Solution

I combined research, sketches, and Midjourney references, then developed drawings for The Jewelry Store on Broadway in San Antonio to produce the final ring.

Outcome

A piece that feels exactly like me—and marks a commitment to my wife.
